当社の事例を一つ紹介いたします。当社は自社開発のプレス装置を用いて様々なシート素材を、立体成型加工が出来る技術＝3D成型を開発しました。従来、革等シート状のものを立体成型をするための装置は存在しませんでした。
しかし、弊社装置なら金型と特殊なシステムを構築することで、多様な立体デザインを短時間で加工することができます。
この様に、お客様の御希望に沿い、今までに無いもの、あったらいいなをかたちにする事が出来るのが私達の強みです。

We have developed a 3D molding technology that enables three-dimensional molding processing of various sheet materials using our own equipment.
Conventionally, there was no device for three-dimensional molding of sheet-like objects such as leather.
However, we can process diverse 3D designs in a short time by building a mold and a special system for our equipment.
