当社の事例を一つ紹介いたします。当社は自社開発のプレス装置を用いて様々なデザインを穴加工出来る技術＝フリーパンチングシステム（FPS)を開発しました。(特許取得済)
従来、デザイン穴あけ加工するには個々のデザイン用金型が必要となり、設備をそろえることがネックになっておりました。
しかし、弊社装置なら一つの金型で多様のデザインを短時間で加工することができ、加工材質も、革・カーフィルム・ゴム・紙・和紙・ウレタン・非鉄金属等に幅広く対応でき、最大８万個の穴加工も２０分という短時間ででき、製作に要する時間も大幅に短縮することができます。
この様に、お客様の御希望に沿い、今までに無いもの、あったらいいなをかたちにする事が出来るのが私達の強みです。

Through the use of a press developed by our own company we have been able to create various hole drilling mechanisms including a free punching system(FPS; Patented).Up until now, design producing that required the process of drilling would require various design molds which would cause problem when attaining all the appropriate equipment. However, with the die equipment being used at Togashi Press Ltd. A diverse range of designs can be handled in a short period of time for a wide variety of materials including, leather, vitreous coating, rubber, paper, Japanese Washi paper, non-ferrous metals. A maximum of 80,000 individual holes can be drilled within a 20 minutes period, allowing the needed time and processes involved in the production to be reduced.
As I said to create totally new equipment what you have never seen, that is the biggest feature of us.
